dare to bare.

brownie diaries: dare to bare.brownie diaries: dare to bare.brownie diaries: dare to bare.brownie diaries: dare to bare.brownie diaries: dare to bare.
top – Ruche; jeans – Old Navy (similar); necklace – Jewelmint; shoes – Target

bare my ankles, that is.

spring has (hopefully) arrived in Birmingham, and I’m celebrating by not wearing a sweater.  it feels liberating!  I also dared to bare a bit of ankle skin, as the bone-chilling wind has abated [and been replaced by its cousin, the neutral-temperature wind].  this upswing in the weather has come at just the right time – both because my spring break is next week and because I’m bored of sweaters.  and cardigans as well.  words I never imagined I would say.  there’s just been so much layering this winter!  I want to wear my light blouses and free my feet from the confines of closed-toe shoes!

has anyone else gotten tired of my weather-related grumblings yet?  I’m starting to bore even myself.

pink shoes! love :)

p.s. if people didn't talk about the weather, England would have nothing to say. True story.

I know, I think I jinxed myself by talking about the sunshine! it's rainy and gloomy here in Birmingham today, and I'm mad.
