pink jeans three: trendy.

so here's the story behind this outfit:

I first saw this sweater on Signe and immediately fell in love because hey, I have a stripes obsession.  the problem with Forever 21, as you may have realized, is that you never know what you're going to find in stores - sometimes they have things you seen online and like, other times it's a gigantic warehouse full of crap.  plus, some items just completely disappear between visits!  vanished into the great unknown!  I tracked it down online only to discover that the white version is unavailable, so I ultimately decided to just bide my time and see what happens.  THEN Tieka had to buy/wear the same sweater!  which is what found me browsing Forever 21 Friday afternoon, fingers crossed that they had my sweater in stock [spoiler alert: I found it!].  I threw in the necklace just in case my pants weren't pink enough for the whole outfit.  always better to err on the safe side, yeah?

and thus, because this sweater + colored skinnies combo has now been done by 3 different bloggers, I'm declaring it trendy.  okay?  okay.

also, please note that I'm not wearing white socks in these pictures - my feet are just blindingly pale.  I mean, I'm pale as a whole, but even I did a double take when viewing these photos on my computer.  yeah.  that's bare skin.
