I chopped off the ombre. it was pretty, but oh lord was my hair a mess. so many split ends and so much breakage…I just couldn’t take it any more. so now it’s gone. and I’m happy.
on that note, I also decided to spruce up the blog design a bit. if you’ve been following me for a while, you may have noticed that I like to change things around every so often; this weekend was one of those occasions. I’m experimenting with a couple new ideas, so now I guess it’s a question of when will I start feeling bored again? only time will tell.
[also, if anyone knows how to remove that extraneous white space between the images within a widget in my sidebar, please let me know. I would be eternally grateful, because it is driving me crazy.]

I bleached the ends of my hair and was dyeing it turquoise for a bit, but ended up cutting it off due to the damage as well. It was fun while it lasted, though!
1. I love that you show the "before" and "after", because sometimes when someone changes their blog subtly I want to see the differences! It's the Highlights kid in me.
2. I just saw that you have a label for e e cummings. And you wrote his name correctly. I adore you even more for that!
