when I was home over MLK weekend I was struck by the beautiful colors in the sunset that Friday night. funnily enough, these [blue and orange] are the colors of Gregory’s university. maybe that’s partly why the scene was so striking?
can you believe January is already over? I know I’ve been having a rough time adjusting to the idea of a new year; I keep thinking it’s only August, and I’m starting the fall semester instead of the spring. I’m not sure where this is coming from, seeing as the weather in August was brutally hot and sunny, whereas lately it’s been grey skies as far as the eye can see.
